Your Departure Day Checklist
We hope that you have enjoyed your stay at Leesrigg Cottage, to help make your departure day go as smoothly as possible, we have prepared this handy checklist.
Departure Time On your departure day, Leesrigg Cottage must be vacated by no later than 10.00am. This is to allow us sufficient time to clean and prepare the cottage to the high standards expected by our guests. |
Vacuuming Please vacuum any rooms you have used. The vacuum cleaner is stored under the stairs |
Bedding There is no need to strip the beds. Please just turn back the covers of any beds that you have used. |
Wood Burning Stove There is no need to empty the ash from the stove. |
Oven Please ensure that the oven and grill pans are left clean |
Crockery, cutlery and Kitchenware All crockery, cutlery and kitchenware must be cleaned and replaced in the cupboards. Please do not leave items in the dishwasher. |
Damage and breakages Please report any damage and breakages to us as soon as possible. This will help us to plan any repairs required ahead of our next guests. |
Refuse Please ensure that all refuse is removed from the cottage and placed in the waste and recycling bins outside. |
Pets There must be no traces remaining from pet occupation, such as pet hair. Please also ensure that you have cleaned up after your pet in the garden. |
Keys Please lock the door and place the keys in the keysafe. We will provide you with the details for the keysafe. |
We reserve the right to levy an additional charge if the cottage is left in an unacceptable condition.
