Leesrigg Cottage holiday cottage is independently owned and run, and is open for bookings 365 days-a-year. Our standard arrival day is Friday. During the off-peak season (Sep-Mar), we also offer a Monday arrival day.

If you’re looking for a romantic couples break, or are just visiting friends and family in the Lake District and Cumbria, why not book a weekend or weekday short stay, at prices that won’t break the bank!
Why Book Direct?
When you book direct, you can be assured of our personal attention. All direct bookings will receive a complementary hamper on arrival, regardless of length of stay. We will be on hand prior to your arrival, either via email or telephone to discuss your booking, or to give you advice to help you to get the most out of your stay. After all, no-one knows Leesrigg Cottage as well as we do!
April – August
Our minimum stay during the peak season is seven days. Subject to availability, we may be able to offer last-minute short breaks. Please contact us for pricing and availability, or to request a call back.
September – March
During September through to March we will accept short breaks for Monday-Friday (4 nights) or Friday-Monday (3 nights). Please contact us for pricing and availability, or to request a call back, as short break prices are not available through our booking pages.
Christmas and New Year Changeover Days
For Christmas 2024, changeover is Sunday, 22nd December 2024
For New Year 2024, changeover is Sunday 29th December 2024
Our standard arrival time is 4pm or later, and the cottage must be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.
